1.How do I make a purchase?

Shopping through our website is easy: You can purchase any item. Once you have found an item, click on the 'Add To Cart’ button on the product page. Review the items in your cart. Once you are inside your cart, you can edit the quantity, or even remove one of the items chosen. Before proceeding to checkout: You need to register and create a new account by simply filling your email address, phone number and password in the “Account” section. Click on 'Proceed to Checkout’ to complete your order.

2.Will my personal information be kept confidential ?

Reasonable efforts are taken to limit the use of the information; however customer data may be disclosed in certain situations if required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy

3.Will my order be safe and secure?

Our delivery service is through Aramex and you can rest assured that your purchase will be handled with the utmost care. Additionally, the items will be insured against theft and accidental damage.

4.How do I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email with your Aramex airway bill number. This will enable you to track your purchase at www.aramex.com

5.Can I order by telephone ?

We are available to answer any question you may have in regards to the products displayed on the website at Customer Support or by phone at 00961-1-342000. The product code, (SKU) displayed in the product page, will be of help on this. However, all purchases have to be done via our website.

6.What countries do you ship to?

The shipments are to all over the world. You may however purchase from any country abroad, indicating a local delivery address.
